CNC
milling.

Precise machining of metals, plastics, and wood. Production of functional parts, molds, and decorative elements with hundredth-millimeter precision.

Technology

What is CNC milling?

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milling is a computer-controlled machining process where rotating tools remove material in layers. The result is a precise part based on a 3D model or drawing.

3-axis
3-axis milling
Movement in X, Y, and Z axes. Ideal for flat and gently curved surfaces, cutouts, pockets, and holes.
Working area600 x 900 x 300 mm

Use cases

Typical applications

01
Mechanical parts and components
Precise parts for machines, equipment, and mechanisms: shafts, flanges, brackets, and gears.
02
Molds and fixtures
Injection molds, casting molds, production fixtures, and templates for serial production.
03
Spare parts
Spare-part production for older machines where originals are no longer available or have long lead times.
04
Prototypes and samples
Functional metal prototypes before serial production - verification of dimensions, function, and assembly.
05
Decorative and architectural elements
Reliefs, signage, and 3D decorative elements in wood, acrylic, or metal for interior and exterior use.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ - CNC milling

Which file format do you need?
+
STEP, IGES, or DXF is ideal. If your drawing is in PDF or another format, contact us - we can process most source files.
What is the minimum order?
+
We produce from 1 piece. Volume discounts are available for larger quantities.
How long does production take?
+
Depends on complexity and material. Simple parts are typically ready in 2-3 business days; more complex orders are usually completed within one week. We confirm exact timeline after inquiry.
Do you provide surface finishing as well?
+
Basic surface finishing (deburring, sanding) is included. For anodizing, painting, or galvanic finishes, we work with verified partners.
Can you produce a part from a physical sample only?
+
Yes. Combined with 3D scanning, we can digitize a physical part and mill it. We provide full reverse-engineering support.
