Frequently asked questions

Do I need a vector file?

For text and logo engraving, yes — SVG or AI is preferred. For photo engraving, a high-quality JPG/PNG at min. 300 DPI is sufficient. We can help with file preparation.
What is the minimum engraving size?

We handle text from 1.5 mm height and detailed logos from 5 mm. Limits depend on material - wood grain can constrain fine detail.
Is engraving permanent?
+
Yes. Laser removes/melts material - the result is durable and does not fade. On metals it is permanent marking; on wood it is a burnt trace.
Can you laser-cut metal?
+
We do not cut metal with this machine - that requires high-power CO2 or fiber systems. However, we can engrave aluminum and stainless-steel surfaces.
How long does an order take?

Simple orders are typically completed within 48 hours after approval. Series or complex designs usually take 3–5 business days.
