2. Scope of services
MATERIA provides custom manufacturing in 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS), CNC milling, laser engraving and cutting, 3D scanning, 3D modeling and technical documentation — based on files supplied by the customer or a design created by MATERIA based on the customer's brief.
3. Order and process
An order process starts with an inquiry (contact form, e-mail or phone), followed by a price quote covering the proposed technology, material, price and lead time. Once the customer confirms the quote, a binding order is created.
4. Pricing and payment
The price is based on the supplied files (3D model, drawing, material, quantity) and is stated in the quote. Payment is made by invoice; for larger or longer-running orders a deposit before production starts may be agreed.
5. Delivery
The delivery date is agreed when the order is confirmed and depends on the scope and complexity of the order. The finished part can be collected in person in Presov or shipped by courier — shipping costs are borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
6. Supplied files and intellectual property
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the files they supply (3D models, drawings, designs) do not infringe third-party rights. Works created by MATERIA based on its own design remain MATERIA's intellectual property unless agreed otherwise. MATERIA reserves the right to use photographs of completed orders for presentation purposes (website, portfolio, social media) unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise.
7. Liability and complaints
MATERIA is responsible for the manufactured part matching the agreed files and chosen technology. Complaints should be raised promptly upon receipt of the part, preferably in writing to our contact e-mail. MATERIA is not liable for discrepancies caused by errors in files supplied by the customer (e.g. an incorrect dimension or geometry in a 3D model).

9. Final provisions
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. MATERIA reserves the right to update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Consumers may also contact an alternative dispute resolution body (e.g. the Slovak Trade Inspection, soi.sk).
