2. What data we process

We process data only when you send it to us yourself, and only to the extent you provide it.

  • Contact form and enquiry form: name or company name, e-mail, phone (optional), selected service, message text, quantity and deadline if you give them, and an attached file (3D model, drawing or photo).

  • Attached files: a file you attach to an enquiry (for example a 3D model or drawing) is stored on our server and used only to handle your enquiry and order.

  • Calculator: if you attach a price estimate to an enquiry, the parameters you chose in the calculator (technology, material, dimensions and so on) are added to the message. The calculation itself runs in your browser, and an uploaded 3D model is not sent to our server until you submit the enquiry.

  • Technical data when the form is submitted: IP address and time of submission. We use them to protect the form against abuse (limiting the number of submissions, detecting automated bots).

  • Automatic confirmation: after you submit an enquiry, we send a confirmation with a summary of the enquiry to the e-mail address you provide.

  • E-mail and phone: data you send us directly by e-mail or that appears during a phone call.

  • Anonymous traffic statistics: when you visit the website, we record the address of the visited page, the referring page, device type, browser, operating system, screen resolution, language and approximate country. The Umami tool runs on our own server, uses no cookies and we do not store the IP address. This is statistics, not tracking of individuals.

We do not send unsolicited commercial e-mails. If we ever wanted to send news updates, we would do so only with your separate consent.

4. Who receives the data

We do not sell or publish your data. It may be processed only by providers we need to operate the business:

  • the web hosting and e-mail provider on which the website, the enquiry administration and the mailbox run,
  • the accountant and accounting software provider, if an order is carried out,
  • the carrier, if a part is shipped by courier (delivery address and contact only).

We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it. Data is not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area unless this follows from a service you choose yourself (for example, communicating via WhatsApp).

5. How long we keep data

  • Data from enquiries that did not lead to an order: 3 years from the last communication.
  • Data and materials for a completed order (including attached files): for as long as needed to handle it, including any complaints.
  • Accounting records: 10 years, as required by law.
  • Anonymous traffic statistics: for as long as we need them to evaluate the website. They contain no data that identifies a specific person.
  • Form-submission records used for spam protection (IP address and time): 7 days. An IP address that is part of a stored enquiry is kept together with it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data,
  • rectification of inaccurate data,
  • erasure of data where we have no legal reason to keep it,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent where you have given it,
  • lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).

7. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling. The indicative price estimate in the calculator is not a decision but a guide. The binding price is stated in the quotation.

8. Security

We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures: the website uses encrypted communication (HTTPS), access to the enquiry administration is protected by a login, and data is available only to people who need it to handle your order.
